J’ai acheteté des packs de carte il y a plusieurs années pour le jeu black ops 1 en anglais et j’ai racheté le jeu dernièrement mais en français. Es-ce possible de les échanger pour celles en français?

Lorsque j’ouvre black ops 1, voici le message qu’il m’envoie : le contenue que vous essayez de charger provient d’une region incorrecte. Assurez-vous de disposer du contenue telechargeable adequat

Hello David,

Thanks for the reply on the issue. With games and content, if they are purchased in one region, they may not be available in other regions. When you moved did you do the

region change? If you have and they still give that message you will need to repurchase for the new region. There may be something in the content from before not allowed in the region you are in now.

Oui je demeurais et demeure toujours au quebec et j’avais le jeu physique et j’utilise le meme compte. Je vois que j’ai les packs de cartes, je l’ai ai installer mais sa me dit que je ne peux pas les utiliser car le jeu n’ai pas dans la meme langue..

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are inquiring about some card packs you purchased in a game.

When you mentioned that you bought these in "English", were you using the same account you are using now?

If you purchased a game in a different region, as there is no playback restriction, you should be able to use the game and content in another region. This is as per depicted in the

Locals FAQ.

Additionally, did you have this game as a physical copy?

If you can answer this info for us, we should be able to provide a much more accurate response.
