Packet Loss

Hello, I recently have been having serious issues with packet loss and latency on my Xbox One. I live in an apartment complex that only offers spectrum community wifi. My ethernet ports are unavailable due to restrictions from my landlord’s agreement with
the service provider, so a wired connection is simply not possible. If I were to bypass this and get a new provider, internet access could be cut off to my unit completely for violating my lease. On my cell and my laptop I receive speeds up to 100Mbps with
no issues. On Xbox I regularly reach speeds of 100-500kbps, maxing out around 2.9Mbps with my packet loss around 25%-50%, Latency at 1000-3500ms, upload speeds unavailable to .10Mbps. I regularly play Gears 5 ranked KOTH, and is unplayable with my current
connection issues. I experience the same issues on Modern Warfare multiplayer and Halo MCC, so I assume it would be the same on any PvP multiplayer game. I regularly have issues with streaming video on Netflix, Hulu, HBO Max, and Amazon Prime playing maybe
10 seconds of video then needing to buffer. I have the same issues on my PS4 running speed tests as well, so I don’t believe it is strictly an issue with my hardware. I contacted my provider, and they did a manual reset for my router which seemingly only
made the issue worse. Connecting to my hotspot from my phone, I reached speeds of 20Mbps with a packet loss of 0%, but once I joined a lobby immediately became unplayable due to the lag. I contacted Xbox Live support, who said my connectivity issues were
due to packet loss, and refered me back to my provider. My provider again said there were no issues they could see with my connectivity to my router, and my wireless strength sits at 95-99%. I have done numerous hard resets of my system, taken all my other
devices off of the wifi, cleared my MAC adress, and cleared my persistent storage 3 times, my provider has reset my router, I have tried using a hotspot, Xbox support says my xbox is running perfectly, and my provider says my internet is fine. If there is
some sort of connection wizard out there who has a solution for my issue it would be GREATLY appreciated. I see a lot of forums of people complaining about reaching speeds of 10-50Mbps and is extremely frustrating to see when I can’t even achieve 1mbps on
my connection!
