Yes, they say since I'm losing packets on the Xbox and not the pc it points to the Xbox device. I have an appointment tomorrow and I'm going to have them replace the line going to my house anyway. The modem is a 3.1 docsis. I read some where the Xbox
does best in the older 2.0 docsis. But be honest I have no idea what that is. Being a full time worker and student makes it really frustration to spend hours trying to figure this out and not get anywhere. I haven't had time to call the is back to ask the
questions Felix suggested yet. Maybe I can do that tomorrow, also.
