    Packet loss when downloading items on XBOX ONE


    It started after the NXOE update, I was downloading Battlefront Trial and kept disconnecting from parties and Download speeds crashed to about 15 MBPS and about 50% packet loss. When it finished installing, my internet was back up to 40 MBPS and 0% packet
    loss. I confirmed it does this every time when I installed my Backwards Compatible games. I'm noticing people in the forums getting the same errors and problems and seem to have determined the cause. Please look into this.

    I have an Open NAT on my x360 but strict on XOne, please help.

    I just got the message when testing my Multiplayer connection on xbox one "You have high packet loss. Your packet loss is 20%. This is high and may be affecting network quality." never gotten that before.

    Thanks for that info. Please see our Multiplayer Connection troubleshooting guide as it includes steps for issues pertaining to packet loss
    under "You have high packet loss". While your packet loss is not currently high, any packet loss can contribute to any network issues you're experiencing.

    Xbox One keeps disconnecting from Xbox Live with everything I use. Netflix, Online Multiplayer, YouTube, and etc.

    Same problem here. Regarding the packet loss, how come I never had this problem before? It started after the latest console update for xbox one. When I try the ping test, the most packet loss I get is 2 packets which adds up to 0%, but when I check my xbox
    one it says the loss is 100%. WTF?? Does anyone have any solution? Thanks
