    Per the moderators response post in another forum, I'd like to report that I am experiencing the same issue that most others are at this time. One hundred percent packet loss and I am unable to sign in to live.

    Some have indicated they have 100% packet loss but games are playing, indicating the packet loss % may be incorrect. Who knows, same thing here but unable to log into live. Merry Christmas!!!

    Hey, everyone! Very sorry to see that you were unable to launch CoD: Advanced Warfare or are getting 100% packet loss!

    If you were unable to launch Advanced Warfare, I bring good tidings! That issue has been resolved and you can now launch your game.

    If you are receiving 100% packet loss, but are able to access your Live Services, we are currently looking into that issue. However, if you are receiving 100% and
    you are unable to sign in, please create a new thread so that our community can help you out. Please ensure you state that you are unable to sign in.

    Yer, I'm having the same trouble. 100% packet loss can't access Netflix or any other internet apps says I'm not signed in when I am?

    For those of you that don't already know, the service alert page holds the most up to date information regarding the issues you are having.

    support.xbox.com/xbox-live-status

    That page will update every 30 minutes with progress up until the problem has been fixed.
