    let me start off i was in the preview beta for the new dashboard and experienced this also , so i opted out and went back to the old dash all things were fine . now i get the full release dashboard and the same issue from the beta are still present . i have
    all the proper ports opened , i have the latest firmware on my modem i have called my isp about this prior to posting here , been through all the so called fixes on the support page . this is not an issue with my internet it is a giant issue with the NXOE



    my test results prior to the new dash:

    download : 91.23 mb/s , upload : 12.38 mb/s packet loss 0% latency 45 ms wired connection

    now the connection test results are :

    download : 85.38 mb/s , upload : .67 , packet loss 13% , latency 69 ms wired connection

    packet loss
    you're currently experiencing, please try the steps in that guide for "You have high packet loss" to see if they can help. While 1% packet loss is not high, any packet loss can contribute to issues you're seeing with your Xbox Live experience.

    the packet loss is new it started a while ago but according to xbox its on there part and it should be fixed once they sort the packet loss but the thing is i was playing with the 100% packet loss and no problems but then a lag spike happend and even when
    fixed i can only party chat for about 10 seconds

    My sion is having the same issue with Black Ops 3 and NBA 2K16 so I tried troubleshooting. We noticed packet loss is up tp 40% and I can't seem to fix that. He says it's been running slow for the past week or so. Does anyone know if the new dashboard has

    Xbox One keeps disconnecting from Xbox Live with everything I use. Netflix, Online Multiplayer, YouTube, and etc.

    Same problem here. Regarding the packet loss, how come I never had this problem before? It started after the latest console update for xbox one. When I try the ping test, the most packet loss I get is 2 packets which adds up to 0%, but when I check my xbox
    one it says the loss is 100%. WTF?? Does anyone have any solution? Thanks
