Packet loss is killing my expirence

for about 2 weeks now I have been experiencing connection issues with Xbox which has brought me a huge packet losses and latency issues. This is a huge problem for me being as how I am a online multiplayer gamer mainly and can't seem to run a good game with
good connection at all in the past 2 weeks every time I run speed test I am getting high latency and packet loss and it is also showing my upload and download speeds drastically low if not all the way to zero. I know it is not my internet service anymore because
they have been here multiple times in the last week and a half and have literally changed out all of my hardware and wiring and ran every test on their end and everything on there and comes back just fine I really would like answers to this because I can't
play any multiplayer games because I either disconnect or if so choppy that it is unpleasant to deal with please help me out

100% Packet Loss

Same issue. 100% Packet loss. No packet loss from my PC. Wireless connection via my Xbox one. Has been working fine just 10 hours ago. Tried it today: 100% packet loss.

 

High Packet Loss

Hi im kinda new to the hole internet fixing thing but my X1 has always had a packet loss of 100% but after reading a description of what packet loss is i am quite curious as to how my xbox and internet are still functioning normaly... Not only that but it
dosent show upload or download packet loss it just says packet loss 100%... All others are as follows download speed 20.74Mbps.... Upload speed 8.56mbps.... Packet loss is ofcorse 100%.... MTU 1480.... Latency 78 ms. If anybody has anyideas of wat could be
causing this i would be great to get others feedback

Connection type: Wired/wireless?

NAT type: ?

Packet loss (%): ?

Ping (ms): ?

DL/UL speed: ?

Signal strength (if wireless): ?

Do you connect multiple Xbox consoles to the same router/Internet connection: ?

Whois your ISP (Internet Service Provider): ?

Last but not least; what troubleshooting steps you have tried so far? I'm not referring to the steps that your service provider took, by replacing your gateway, along with new set of wiring cables and a few connectivity tests for confirmation.
