    Hi there,

    Thank you for telling us what OpenServer is but as Mannish stated, we are still not sure how this applies to playing through Xbox services on Windows 10 or how these servers even operate. Also we are not sure what it is you are even trying to do on the app
    that you are not able to due to the packet loss.

    I recommend reaching out to OpenServer support and contact whoever manages these servers for more assistance.

    The role of OpenServer is not clear here. But I would suggest you check the Windows 10 firewalls settings or if you are using any Internet security application.

    Hi there,

    I'm sorry to hear about this issue being experienced. So we have a clear understanding of the issue, can you explain what OpenServer is? All I could tell from a quick search is that it's some kind of operating system similar to Windows 10?

    I do believe the issue lies with this OpenServer client since the problem occurs when staring this specific server. The Xbox app is meant for Windows and if you don't have this operating system then possible issue like this can occur.

    Do you have Windows and if you do what version? Also can you explain what OpenServer is?

    Same issue. 100% Packet loss. No packet loss from my PC. Wireless connection via my Xbox one. Has been working fine just 10 hours ago. Tried it today: 100% packet loss.
