Packaging and sending a device for repair

You should have been sent a prepaid label for shipping. If not, you'll need to contact support so they can send you one. You can request a call back or chat with support at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us

When you send in a console for repair, you are told to only send the console as anything else is not guaranteed to come back. That includes packaging.

In this case, I would recommend sending your console for repair if it is still under warranty: Device service and repair

To add, when you set up a console for repair, there are instructions on how to package it. Part of the instructions do state to only send the console as anything else you send with it is not guaranteed to come back.
