package lost in transit

tired both all day. None have gotten me closer to receiving help. the Xbox chat person refused to open an investigation on my behalf. Kept telling me to wait.

If it's a package lost from a warranty claim, you can request a call back or chat with support at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us If you don't see those options, change the category/topic until you do.

If it's a console you just purchased that got lost, you'll want to contact Microsoft Store support.

It would be nice if someone would openly come out and give me the option for a refund or exchange, UPS filed a damage claim even though they’re also claiming it was “lost”, I’ve been running in circles with Microsoft support and UPS with no resolution
