    how do I correct the packet loss problem, this problem occurs only with my xbox360, as did cable testing, the router output return. In my pc does not occur any loss in xbox360 get to lose up to 30% of the packages.

    Microsoft loses 400mill on the xbox one..

    It's funny to talk about a 400M loss like it's nothing. MS can definitely take that loss, and then some. They will take action and change that though. I think they have to stop being greedy. If they lowered the price tag a little, and had a few different packages, like a package with 2 controllers or a package with a game or two, I think they would move more units. The aggressive price tag and bare bones package hurt them big. Not everyone wanted the kinect, but EVERYONE needed that second controller and at least one game.

    Thanks for the fast reply, I tried and it worked, the xbox says the package loss is gone but the lag issues are still the same..

    edit: 100% package loss back.

    here is some information.

    When you verify "Multiplayer Connection", would this be the network diagnostic test under your Xbox system settings? Yes

    When you run this test (regardless of the hour of the day), is the outcome always 100% packet loss? Yes, but only for any version of Call of Duty. The problem does not affect GTA for example.

    Is your Xbox directly connected (wired/Ethernet) to your modem/router? It is wired to ISP Router.

    Could you find out the name and model number of your modem/router and provide us with this information.

    It is a Humax NGA12R-02.

    Whois your Internet service provider? The ISP is NET in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

    the problem can beeee sooo much,

    your connection at home, a bad connector from your isp, a bad isp and and and.

    For me, i had a appartment with DSL that was so crappy because of the cables,

    so sorry, without more tests its hard to help
