Hello Luis, it's not enough to just install the game, you have to redeem the items in your Xbox account that you use to play Fortnite.

You have to go to the options where it says "This Xbox console comes with" and you will have the packs for you to redeem.

This is really strange because when turning on and configuring the console the option appears.

And it comes on the console system, there's no way the pack doesn't come on the console.

In the option there is no "This Xbox console comes with" option.

Im starting to believe that the offers is missing...

And I bought it with the offer..

Thank you for your response but this is the problem: this option is not available in options.

I used to play with an epic game account wich is the same that a used to log in my new xbox.

From the start to configure the xbox, to installing games, I never have an option to redeem the offers...

I follow the instructions that I find in Microsoft help and there is no offers...
