Pack Xbox one s forza + red dead redemption 2

Hello, i bought the pack One S with Forza Horizon 4 and red dead redemption2 in digital to enjoy the promotion.. the problem is that i received the xbox with forza but Red dead redemption 2 wasn’t in the pack.

1) Red Dead Redemption 2) Forza 2 3) Gears of War 2 Although I love the whole Forza series and GOW series.

Thanks for bringing this situation to our attention. Can you give me a few more details regarding this promotion? It seems like you feel you were supposed to receive Red Dead Redemption 2 and Forza Horizon 4 but did not receive Red Dead Redemption 2 is that
correct? Do you have anywhere that states you would be receiving both games?
