I have at&t internet service on my Xbox one S

Have had trouble from day one. Nat is open on Pv4 and Pv6 and have tried just Pv4. I have changed from cat5e to cat 6 to cat 7 rj45 cords but, still experiencing the issue. I have rebooted Xbox to factory mode. I am lost! After a do a reset everything
will work great for a couple of hours then go to poop don't get it.

Called Xbox support said it is the iSP that's doing it. I believe it is a firewall issue or Xbox it self or even DNS server

Here is what happens after a reset //

My Xbox will start out with speeds of 400 down and 600 up then while I'm playing games it will start to lag and drop out. I will re-run speed test and it is less than 2-20 Mbps down I have seen 0 with a 200-600 up. I can run a speed test on the same network
cable and it will be 700-800 down and 800-981 up. ---//// what is happening to the bandwidth

I have pulled all of my other devices off this internet to see if that was the issue but, not fixing the issue. AT&T had some out checked services replaced router. Only way to fix issue is to unplug Xbox for the night and replug back in then works for about
    2-3 hours then lagging again.

    NAT set to moderate

I'm getting a NAT error in Xbox 360 saying it's NAT type is Moderate. I'm connecting through the Xbox360 via ethernet using my Windows 10 laptop using Internet Connection Sharing on my WiFi network. My modem is Pace 5268AC
Is there a way to fix this?
