P90X for Xbox Fitness

I haven't seen the workout plan yet and am just doing them in sequence and starting over.

 

Got it yesterday. Have done two workouts so far. For sure got me sweating looking forward to continuing with this had a lot of fun. My girlfriend tried it she also likes it. Kinect worked great with the workouts. Looking forward to seeing the calendar and
nutrition update too.

 

@Erin ya I know my wife likes it as well and has done it in the past with me we got to about day 61 before stopping 2 years back in the 90 day workout program. I think it does a really good job of allowing you to go up and down in difficulty based on fitness
level.

 

Looks like if you go to the xbox fitness p90x and where it origionally said buy for $60 it now says extras. If you click that it will have you fill out a form and it says it will email you a link to download the calandar and nutrition guide. I filled it
out twice and still have not gotten the emaill though. Hopefully it comes soon. Good luck guys.

Yea i almost missed it myself. Just went to go workout and said mhm extras? lol seems to be alright. Calander is nice the nutrition plan seems like it can be expensive and its 133 pages long. But all in all well worth the 60 bones i paid for it.

Nice video man. If you have the old p90 X dvds you can use the workout calendar for a hybrid 3 month extension. I'm gonna try and do that after my 30 days.

 

The nutrition guide and the calendar plan are out already. Officially you request to download the through this form on the BeachBody site, which will
mail you a link after waiting a while. But you can also download the 2 PDF files directly.

 

I just completed the P90X3 series last week. I am taking a week off and getting ready to start another 90 days but am really considering this P90X version on Xbox One. Are the workouts totally new or same workouts with slight modifications applied? Calendar
says its a 30 day program so I'm assuming you would repeat the program every month to reach your goal. Will consider purchasing before next program begins.

 

sm1174 , I am not sure how much the workouts differ from p90x3 , I am just finishing up a round of p90x on dvd , and the p90x for xbox workouts are definitely different from those workouts , tony does say the p90x for xbox workouts have been designed anew
for the console/Kinect , but I wouldn't be surprised to see some overlap between the p90x3 and xbox workouts . I think if you are a fan of p90xwhatever workouts then I think you would get something out of the p90x for xbox ones , they are tough, you can scale
up the difficulty with bands /weights , and the Kinect interface certainly forces you to "bring it " if you want the 5* ratings and associated achievements for stamps ! I would hope they would be a refreshing change from the p90x3 but similar enough that
you wont lose the changes you've made doing p90x3- might be a nice holiday so to speak before your next p90x3 round to stave of any boredom

 

I haven't done P90x3 either but the calendar that comes alongside your P90x for Xbox Fitness purchase includes a schedule for a hybrid P90x xbox fitness / P90x3 plan (it may have you do it on xbox fitness one day and then from dvd the next). That at least
implies that they are different enough to warrant a hybrid plan.

 

I have been happy with the P90X3 workouts (0.50 hr.) I've just completed the P90X arms & shoulder workout which is an hour long. Guess I was reluctant to go to the full hour version until I felt I had the endurance to go through with it. Now is the time.
I have another question. Is this a download or license to stream the program?
