P5R DLC content problems

I had just gotten Persona 5 Royal and of course I am enjoying it immensely. However, as I installed it and read the description that states it (Includes over 40 items of previously released downloadable content.) I thought to myself probably gotta wait a day or two maybe it's a glitch or something wrong still didn't pop up the next day! I've played on the PlayStation and knew it's supposed to tell you which items you have for purchasing the game, but I didn't see it at all. So, I go to the store and look up the game add-oms and still see nothing talking about the DLC we're supposed to get for free or free based on the edition of the disc we bought. Anyone tell me if there is a release date, a glitch, licensing problems with the game or everything anything on why I can't get the DLC I was promised for buying the game I've been dreaming of playing on the Xbox since they announced it!

Right now there is an outage reported for this game. You can double check this here:

Please try waiting until the problem gets solved and check if you finally receive the in-game items

If not, you may need to double check with SEGA support to see if the way to obtain these items is different on Xbox

How does a game outage explain the lack of DLC being listed in the Microsoft Store?

Is it possible the content is already in the game? That they added it in as part of the game rather than having it as extra DLC to download?

Best way to check is to see if you have all the content wherever in the game it is (sorry, I don't play so no clue how inventory works)....I found this list which, hopefully, correctly lists all that content:

Too many games UGH. Cyber Punk, Resident Evil 3, P5R, AC: New Horizons, etc. too many to even think of. Might need to quit my job to play them all.
