P*ssed off

Hey have a account with you and I wanted to switch my email to my more recent one and get rid of my old one. So I called xbox live support and was told the only way to do that was to set up another account and then id be able to switch it over. Turns out
the person at xbox live support had no clue what they were talking about and now I have two accounts a BS one that I keep getting email for and my real one with my super old email. And now I cant close my BS account with out closing my whole email now. So
thanks xbox live support for wasting about 3 hours in total trying to figure this stuff out. I've had account with you guys for about 12 years now since the original xbox and this is the worst experience ive had with xbox since day one. How about training
ppl so they now what they're talking about instead having stuff like this happen.

Walk it off

I don't really mind the repetition. Walking is the only exercise I actually like unless you count games like badminton or volleyball. Walk It Out seems to have a lot of features that make it different than just taking steps. I like the idea that you can walk in changing environments.

Ok, I havent heard of this download pack but i recommend you go to system > memory > hard drive > Assassins creed 2 revelations > and find the downloaded content and delete it and reinstall.

Question do you have Old Email (Microsoft Account) password ?

If so yes you will need new Email and then try the steps in

ya I know the password to my old email account that is what my actual xbox live account is set up too. but know I have to make a new email in order to take out my old email and that to me is stupid. I just want one email with every thing west up to it. don't
wanna have to jump between email just for this and all my other stuff like banking and cell and stuff is set to one email witch I wanted my xbox live to be to. I don't get why I cant close my account with out having to close my whole email. to me that is
stupid!!

It's pretty simple the reason that MSFT/Xbox is asking to do so its because you/anyone cannot place anything in same place.

Now as I understand you have 2 GT and 2 MS Account (as it's described in link provided by me and ElJibaro25), one that you did not want anymore and other that want to add to main 12 years old GT (that it's awesome). If I'm correct you need to add the NEW
EMAIL to not wanted GT that you might create by accident // with this will set free email that need to add in Main GT // after remove "Email" linked to accidental GT creation will be free to be added to Main GT.

Ok... then you have issues with you proofs/security info... the best option at this point its remove all proofs/security info... (but you may need to wait 30 days to be able to enter to that email proofs/security info again).. steps/link HERE

But please try to add another email in your account that you have issues to enter
