Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you are not able to find a game. Is it possible you had a game pass subscription that is now not active? Are you on a different profile? We recommend checking the

order history to make sure you see the purchase say completed.

Even if you purchased the game before the Play Anywhere announcement, you should still have access to the game. Remember that the game is available through the Windows Store and not Steam.

Please all double check that your version of Windows 10 is fully updated and has the Anniversary update. Next, when you open the Windows store, make sure that you're signed into the same Microsoft account that made the purchase for the game initially. If
you are signed into a different account, you will be prompted to purchase the game.

Check those and post back and let us know if that helped or not.

It's not showing as owned on the website version of the store even. Pretty sure this is a server side issue.

On your Windows 10 PC, games will appear in “My Library.” on the Xbox app. Have you double checked there?
