OYUN.SE AD won't let you play Solitaire

Tried all suggested fixes, did all scans & oyun.se still pops up when I try to play solitaire. Any more suggestions?????

Sorry, I wasn't clear. I am using the free Solitaire that comes with Windows 10. I am used to seeing ads every so often. The ad I was speaking of was from "Oyun.se" whom I have never heard of and it will sit on the screen forever if I don't completely shut down Solitaire, there is no other way to get out of it. I was worried that this is some type of virus that has become embedded in Solitaire.

While playing solitaire using the Microsoft free version of Solitaire I keep getting a pop up called OYUN.se. I see other people have reported the same issue but I have not seen a resolution. The advertisement that pops up is for some other free game site but it will not allow you to get rid of the ad. At times it will disappear but pop up if I choose to use another game while using this same program. How do I get rid of this?
