Request a Refund, you can do so by following the link and signing into your account and then filling out the questionnaire to Request a Refund. Once you have filled out the Refund Request form you will then have to wait up to 48 hours for an email response
about whether or not you'll be granted the refund.

Merhaba 6 gün önce iade talebi oluşturdum ve işlem onaylandı dedi ancak 6 günde para kartıma iade edilmedi bu işlem ne kadar sürer ?

Sorry to hear you're having trouble. I'm afraid that the issue here is that the game was removed from the store back in 2018. As such there would be no offer for refunds for the game.
