    How do I beat Gael? I can stun him and hit him to half strength, but when he hits me once, I die.

    Getting Frustrated with Follower Glitch.

    if you can get the quest to restart i suggest getting the elf at the drunken huntsman for the sacrifice.shes pretty much useless.

    Stop looking for a "Swordsmith" there are none, you need to find a Blacksmith. There are lots of them but many are too low level to make Witcher Gear. There is one with the right level in Oxenfurt (the small city)
