    Oxenfree is a free Gold game right now - why was I charged $20?


    Hello -

    I have Xbox Gold through 2019. I went to add the free games from the
    Games with Gold page     and didn't notice until it was too late that there was a $20 cost associated with the game. Why would this be? It is a Game with Gold, it's in the time frame, and my Gold is still active? My gamertag is , and it's showing
    a $20 charge so I wasn't signed into the wrong account.

    Hello,

    Being a Gold Member I downloaded the available free game "EA SPORTS™ SSX", however I was charged INR 1900 for it from my credit card. Can you please clarify why am I being charged if the game is available free for "Games for Gold".
