I have the same problem on MS Mahjong, Jigsaw, and Minesweeper: Installed, ready to play, but won't let me open them. All of them worked last week.

Same here. I downloaded Fallout 3 that came with Fallout 4 and the was code was accepted. However the game won't load, displaying that if I own the game or no and I should insert the disc. The code that came with the message was Ox803f8001 but no matter
how much I try, the game won't load.

Error code: 0x803f8001 when i attempt to download Halo Wars Definitive edition. However when i tried to Download Halo Wars 2 it started the download promptly. is there a better place i should make a bug report for

Hello, I've got a Xbox One game I'd like to play on my Series S and transferred it over through a USB 3.1 thumbstick, but it keeps coming up with error code ox803f8001, saying 'If I bought this game online, make sure you're signed in.' 'If you don't have the rights for playing it, you'll need to get it at the Microsoft Store.' I transferred the game with my account on both of the consoles, and followed the transfer steps, and I'd appreciate help.

This is a game that you purchased digitally on your account correct? Its not a game that you originally installed via a game disc correct?

In that way I can advise you different things or how to proceed.

In the meantime, please try and double check this:

Press Windows button and type Services

On Services App from the list of results, press right-click and run it as administrator

Scroll to the bottom and find the following services:

IP Helper
Xbox Live Auth Manager
Xbox Live Game Save
Xbox Live Networking Service
Gaming Services

And do this with each of the services listed above:

Right-click over the service and select Properties.
Find the Startup type section and make sure it’s set to Automatic (if not, change it to automatic)
If the service isn’t started, click Start to start the services

Restart your PC and check again
