I have a fix!

Took a while but done it.

You'll have to go to settings and do a factory reset but leaving games and apps on.

This will get you back on line

It'll ask you for your email and password then you are back in business.

I'm having the same issues even removed accounts then tried to add them back but it won't let me.

Done all the unplug router, reboot etc to no avail.

Having this same problem. Tried the hard reset and it didnt work. Tried deleting the profile and adding it back but now it wont even let me add a profile.

I have just followed your guidance and it has worked. Many thanks for advising. I can now access the games which I downloaded.
