    owning cold war and telling me that i have to buy it again


    I opened up cold war and it kept on saying to buy it and i was confused because i already bought it and so i uninstalled it for i can re download it so i went to microsoft store and it said the price tags and i was confused because i already bought it
    and im not going to spent 60 dollars again to get the game i tried everything to get it back but nothing works sincirly rivaldo ramirez please respond as soon as possible

    Cold War asking to be bought again

    I'd recommend you to try the steps above and see if it works.

    Also, after clearing the local saved games, make sure the Cold War data was cleared:

    Go to My Games & Apps >Cold War >Manage Installation >Saved Data

    Select your Gamertag > Delete from Console

    Select Reserved Space > Clear reserved space

    Then proceed with removing and adding your account again and see how it goes.

    I just reset my xbox and reinstalled CoD Cold War and it’s still asking me to buy the game i had preorderd the ultimate edition when the game was on preorder and have played since day 1 of Cold War and this has never happend till yesterday

    So I did that but instead of content pack 1-4 it lists the different game modes and I made sure everything was installed and it still didn’t work
