Owner of a Club is abusing his powers and banning hardcore active players on his club for...

I wont say his Gamertag or Club name as I am not sure but i assume its probably against the rules. So this Player is the Owner of a Club. This Club has 150000+ members. I have played this game and used this club for years, maybe 5 years. I am a hardcore
player and was active on this club almost every day. This club is the only way to consistently find players to play this game mode. Looking for group is not a viable option.

I can tell you honestly over the last few years this Owner has banned 1000's of hardcore active players for absolutely no legitimate reason. Banned for playing with him and having a bad game. Banned for not letting him play with us. Banned for winning against
him. I don't know why I was banned. These are the things I have heard from 100's of players I have communicated with over the last few years. This owner is destroying the community and it sickens me how hes getting away with it. People are literally afraid
to come in contact with this owner in case he bans you. A few years ago I actually played with the Owner the odd time. Literally just the 2 of us. played maybe 50-100 odd games with him. One day i went on to the club and he was looking for players, I joined,
we played, I played badly, I cost us the game, my bad. He banned me 5 minutes later. Wouldn't reply to any messages. Wow. Fast forward to now and i have been making new accounts to try get into the club.

Most recently i made one, Random name, Random pic, no association with me at all or my main account. I wont say exactly what i post as it will give the game away but i assure you the only thing I have posted on the chat is something along the lines of "Looking
for players message me", and try post as little as possible to avoid him. Guess what. Banned. Honestly it baffles me. This is just an example of what this guy is like and my experience with him, please don't think this is some personal thing between me and
him, this guy has done this and will continue to do this unless something is done to THOUSANDS of players. I am just the one that is speaking up about it. Hes toxic and is destroying the community.

Its his club i get it but surely this Player has some sort of responsibility to conduct himself like a proper owner, How he can manage 150000+ players by himself in the way he does blows my mind, surely Xbox also has some sort of responsibility to step in
here and do something. I have reported him on Xbox, I have tried live chat, nothing has been done so just thought i would bring it the attention of the Xbox community. Please if there is a moderator or something on these forums and needs more details on the
situation i would be happy to help just contact me.
