Hi, a little long winded, but I want to provide all details up front. I have had a series X for about 3 years since it came out. I have game pass ultimate that I share with my daughters who are part of my Microsoft family. the series X is my home Xbox. I got a series S in the same house with the same 3 accounts. I bought Modern Warfare 3 and when I try to play with my kids the following happens: I launch with my account on the series X, my child launches on the series S. she gets the message that the owner of the game needs to log in. If she logs me in there, it gives the message that I am already playing on the X and I need to end the session there, even though she only logged me in, but is still launching the game in her account. it's a continuous loop where if she logs me out on the S she has to log me back in, but if not she it says I need to be logged in. The way I see it is that our family account bought the game, and she should be able to launch it. I have tried restarting the S, resetting the S and making it her home Xbox. None of them work. Is this the normal behavior? Side note, if I play on the S and she plays on the X(my home Xbox) it works. Any help would be appreciated.

I had to unistall it and download the complimation game of all three arkham games, but while that was happening my apex legends did the same thing but when i unistalled and reinstalled it it was working fine.

She should be able to play using her account on the Series S.

I will give my example.

In my house, we have two Series X's, one is mine (Console A) and the other is for my Wife (Console B).

I have a Game Pass subscription in my account (Account A) and my Wife does not (Account B).

My account (A) is set on her console (B) as the Home Console.

This way, once I log into my account and download games there (Console B) she can play them using her account (B).

On my personal console (A) her account (B) is set as Home Console.

I can download games and play normally since I have a subscription.

In summary:

Her console has my account as the main one.

My console has her account as the main one.

We both play using our accounts on our consoles, with no issues.

In your case, adding a third person (Account C) should work fine as well, as long as it's set on the Series S, where your account will the be main one.

Have you tried to make the Series S your home Console and the Series X her Home console?

This way she can play on Series S with her account while getting the games via family share.

And you will still be able to play normally on your Series X, without the need to have it as your Home console.

I hope this makes sense.

Thanks for all of you. I understand that games are removed, just not feel fair...Anyway, it was a point when maybe I change my mind and cancel my subscription . Honestly most of the games that were fit for a 6 year old boy has revoked from the game pass.
I can buy during discount time for a 1 month subscription price...if it is better for them...
