Owner Game showing in My Games and Apps as a trial.

You see the following error code and message when you launch a game or app:

0x82D40003

Sign in with the account that purchased the game or app, or, if it's a trial version that has expired, purchase the game or app from the Microsoft Store.

This may mean we’re having trouble checking usage rights.

To play this game, the owner needs to sign in.

If you bought this game with another profile, sign in with that profile.

If someone else bought the game, either have them sign in so you can play, or have them set this console as their home Xbox. On the owner’s home Xbox, other users can play the owner’s games. Same goes with
gold sharing possibilities.

To set this as the owner’s home Xbox:

Have them sign in, press the Xbox button
to open the guide, and then go to
System > Settings > Personalization > My home Xbox.

Hello I’am back my progress is their but I still have one more concern I recently purchased a physical copy of the crew 2 and before that I had the trial version now when I downloaded the physical game it’s shows on my games and apps as trial and when ever I check saved data on that game it only shows reserved data can u please help me

I log on. I'm connected to Live. My games don't show as trials.

I boot the game. The game starts. Xbox disconnects. My game turns into a trial.

Disney+ perk did not show for me in the Xbox app on PC. It did show on the Game Pass app on iPad, but said it could only be claimed on PC or Xbox. I was able to claim it through the Game Pass app on Android. (In the UK. Had done a 30-day Disney+ trial earlier this year already.)

Also check which app you use. Most platforms have several (Xbox app, Game Pass app, ..) and not all show perks.
