owned xbox games not being owned on microsoft store

I paid for the game Thumper on Xbox and have recently lost access to my console but still want to continue playing Thumper. I went on the microsoft store to go and download it but it says I need to buy it? is this a glitch or do I actually need to buy something I already bought.

Thumper is not a "Play Anywhere" game, which means it has separate versions for PC and console. If you are trying to install Thumper on a PC and you own the Xbox version of the game, it would explain why the Microsoft Store is asking you to buy it.

If you want to play Thumper on PC, then I'm afraid you'd need to purchase the

game again.

Anything you own will show as owned in the Xbox store as well as in your purchase history, Having achievements for a game doesn't prove you own the game. It really sounds like another account owns the game and just removed your console from being allowed
to use it

All services are running and this error still occurs.

There are numerous reports of this same error.

It appears to be affecting ALL owners of the digital deluxe version of this game. Microsoft store is not recognising that they own the digital deluxe version (and therefore both x/s and the xb one edition).

The store is only recognising they own the X/S version, and not the deluxe version. Which is why the xb one version is no longer being recognised as being owned.

It appears that Microsoft appear unaware of this issue. All we see is people being asked to do the troubleshooting, which will NOT fix this problem.

It is a Microsoft DRM issue specifically with this game. I can't find anywhere that Microsoft has even acknowledged this issue yet.

I guess either this is a new system bug or Microsoft disabled rating and review page our Physical copy's of Xbox One games discs since they don't read as owned anymore in Microsoft store app on our Xbox one systems?

can anyone else confirm that their physical copy's of these games also will not let them review and rate them?

since this is not effecting digitally brought games in Microsoft store app , its just the physical title disc versions of any of these games being installed and reading now as not owned in Microsoft store app on our Xbox One Consoles which seems
to disable rating and review page for our physical Xbox One Games.
