Owned games requiring to be purchased again.

Are you also sure you are on the same Region that you were on when you purchased the games? If you purchased them in a different Region, and are now set to another one, they will not show up as an owned game and will look like you need to purchase it again
if you tried to find it to install/play it.

Sorry to hear you're having such a rough time, hopefully we can get this resolved for you. Might I suggest going to the ready to install section of your Xbox, and if the games don't appear there search them in the Microsoft store and see if they are available
for re-download without purchase. Also might I ask, are you signed in with the same account? Have you tried to uninstall the games and then reinstall them?

Did you bought these games with the same Microsoft Account you are trying to download?

Go to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/ and check if you can find this games in your order history.

Some games have already happened to me, I think it was related to the gamepass, better check your purchase history and contact support.

Welcome to the forums, and sorry for the inconvenience.

Most games that you've previously purchased will still be under your ready to install section on your Xbox, so you should be able to just visit there, and install from there rather than visiting the store to download it from there.

Unfortunately, if you had purchased the game for example while game sharing, and the game was maybe on another account, and game sharing is now disable, then you would also lose those games on that account.
