    I purchased ark several year ago for my xbox but here recently when trying to redownload it found it did not show up in my library and when i tried the store also said i did not own the game but on my pc it still says i own the game and am able to download it under the same email.

    The games were delisted so they're not longer available for purchase in the store. So it may not show properly there. If you're looking for the One version, check in your Games and Apps in Ready to Install (under Full Library). If you own them, they'll
    show under there.

    That's the thing, I don't own them and they're not in my library but both say owned when browsing. Probably just a glitch, didn't know they'd been delisted

    Hey there,

    Sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue. Let's have you first power cycle your console if you haven't already. The next step would be to reset your router/modem—you will need
    to unplug the power cable for that, wait 15-20 seconds, then plug it back in.

    I purchased the game as a Gold member. Now I am with Gamepass Ultimate.
    I have two accounts, but the purchase was made with the account where I have this problem.

    Do you have more than one accounts? Maybe the account you are using isn't the one owning the game.
