    Hello,

    I purchased a trial of Tomb Raider a few years ago, liked it so I purchased the full game a couple of weeks later on disc. When I first brought the game on disc I played it with no problem. Since, I got a new Xbox One console I cannot install the game from
    the disc. Every attempt ended with the trial game installing and not the full game from the disc. I restarted the console and uninstalled the game several times and still the end result is the trial game installs. Is there a solution to my problem?

    How can you tell if you own a game that's currently on gamepass or just a trial?

    So in the Xbox store it says that I OWN the game, but I actually only own the trial version. If the game is on gamepass, the option is "installable" meaning I don't own it. It's installable because it's on gamepass, but if the game offers a trial and I've downloaded that trial, the store says I OWN the game. This has caused me to purchase DLC for a game I only own the trial for. I need to know how to tell if a game I have is only the trial version of the full game.

    Hi, no he didn't say that Trials would be free, he actually stated that Trials HD would be available on the backwards compatible list. If you own the game you can download it from your ready to install section in my games and apps, but he never stated it
    was free.

    When you trial gamepass did you play Halowars 2 during that trial. If so after your trial ended did you delet the game install or keep it on your console prior to purchasing it.

    If you kept it on your console try deleting the game pass install then install it again from the store
