Owned game discs not starting

please try the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:

If you own the game like you say you do and if it's the digital downloaded version, then you should be able to find it in my games and apps under the all owned games section of Full Library. Just select the game and start the installation. If you have the disc, then insert the disc, and start the installation.

When i put the disc in the game starts but it says "to play this game you have to own it".

On the xbox 360 every disc I put into the disc drive starts to read. If I click play game it disconnects from xboxlive and restarts the xbox. If I click game details it calls it an arcade game that I own.

actually the game is better than the rest AlphaNobleOmega, but there is one thing that is bugging me, i have the disc installed yet when in game it sometimes kicks the disc up and starts reading from it as if it was loading, i thought once installed it only
uses the disc to confirm you own it then play the game off hdd.
