Owned game disappeared from purchase history

Yesterday I decided to reset my xbox but chose the option to keep my games and apps installed. But some games I have purchased before are no longer playable and I'm told that I need to purchase them again and that I dont own them? One of them is Metal
gear solid ground zeros and another is Minecraft bedrock edition and I've owned both of these for awhile now. I don't know what to do

Hi,

It is likely that those games were shared with you --someone has made your console as Home Xbox with his/her account. So after you made the reset, it cleared the Home Xbox feature from your console.

One you click on the link.

1. Type in "Talk to an agent"

2. Click on " Next'"

3. Select your issue and click on " Next"

4. Then select "Chat"

Should be available. Unless you sold sayed games as any game sold will disappear from your purchase history

Hello James, you mention that the game were disappeared from the account, you already went to your purchase History and checked if they are in the refunded/returned games, the Purchase History has a tab with this option.

This account I have been used since 2006. I cannot access the older purchase history (before 07/2010).
