Owned Digital Xbox Games missing from my Games Library (Asked to rebuy my Games)

I own around 717 digital games on my xbox account and today its showing only 642 in my libabry.

Therefore I have lost licences for at least 75 games.

Some games inlcude:

Fable Anniversary, Fable 2 and 3, Fall Out 3, Fusion Frenzy, Max Payne 1 and 2, Crimson Skies, Gers of War 2 and 3, Rage, Battlefield 1943, Bad Company, Crysis 3, Dragon Age Inquisition, Medal of Honor Airborne, SSX, Feeding Frenzy 1 and 2, Plants Vs Zombies.

I only noticed because some of my games are also available on Game Pass and Ea Play so they now have these logos on them rather than 'Owned' when I browse my libraries. When I click on them and select see in store, it doesnt acknowledge I own then and wants me to buy them again or play as game pass titles.

I have checked both my series x consoles and series s console and all showing my owned games library has shrunk. What gives?

Well, Battlefront 2 and Recore are showing up on my digital purchase history. Both in 2018. But they are not on my Xbox. Recore happens to be in my PC games library, because it is an Xbox exclusive and it goes to both systems. There is quite a vast majority of my digital games missing from the digital purchases link you posted. Not sure why.

Ye same here is very weird considering I own all the games. I have the digital receipts for them. I have also noticed a few games have gone missing from my library as of recent. I own every single one an I'm not sure why some are disappearing.

Hello Nightbiscuit490, this is weird, have you tried checking the account administration website and to see if your game is in your Purchase History?

https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders

Click the filter option to show it all the games and see if it finds the game.

Also check the filter for the returned/refunded games.

Another place you could see if the game appears is in the App store of your PC, in the Microsoft Store, log in with the same account that bought the game, and then click and Library.

On the next page click on the game filter and look for Forza.

Hello thank you for the response I have check my account orders and it does not go far enough back as it stops in November of 2020 but in my banking app it says October and the game is not in the refund/returned section.
