Try doing a power cycle on your console.

To do this follow these steps

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.
2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

If you don't see the green boot-up animation when the console restarts, repeat these steps. Make sure that you hold the power button until the console completely shuts down.

So let's check if there is an update to perform.

Go to your windows update and click on get updates

After updating, go to the Microsoft Store, select More > Downloads & updates > Get updates.

Update everything in both places.

Then try to download the game again.

Try searching for the game on the microsoft page on their website, then on the store and in the app. Try clicking download in those 3 locations.

If you previously downloaded the app from the Store, and "own" it, you should be able to re-download it from your list of apps in your "Library". Launch the Microsoft Store app in Windows 10. Click on the three dots in the upper right corner (right next to your profile avatar), and select "My Library". Select "All Owned" and you should find it in the list of your "owned" apps. Good luck.

There is no 360 app. Either put a disc in you own that is on the list or check the ready to install section in the games and app section. Each game comes with its own 360 OS in the download.
