    I'm stupid, and didn't turn off the auto-bill or whatever and then didn't get on my xbox for 2 months straight. I figured, that my paypal is empty so they can't take anything, so I thought they'd just do the smart thing and not charge, and end my subscription,
    right?

    Nope.

    So, anywho, now I owe $19.98 for those 2 months.

    I planned on paying since I messed up, and didn't look into it.

    Well, I went on, and my billing page says, "past due."

    But when I go to my manage subscriptions pages, it doesn't show I owe anything, and doesn't give me the option of paying.

    Therefore, I tried to renew (since it gives me that option), and it won't let me renew, because I haven't paid the past due.

    But I can't find an option to pay the past due anywhere.

    Using Microsoft money for xbox 360

    I redeemed 30$ in gift cards and it will not let me renew my xbox live subscription with that money, it shows the money but won't let me use it????

    It won't let me spend my money even though it shows it in my account. And as you can see by the picture it was taken on the 27th

    My account was unfairly banned

    Some one told me if you pay money they will give you your account back is this true I put a lot of money in to my game
    The only time this would be the case is if the account was suspended due to a debt owed. (past due subscription, etc)
