Overwatch Xbox One Competieve Suspention

My Overwatch account () on Xbox One was suspended for 30 minutes do to the servers failing to load me in. all it keep saying was now entering Dorado over and over again. this happens to my brother and i a lot and i have had friends tell me
the same. my nephew had his account ban for the res of the season do to your servers failing to load him in to the game and forces him to leave. as it does many of us.. this needs fix his account needs reinstated... (Vagueboat011) as this problem needs fix.
it runes the game and makes people not want to even play it any more. my first game of the day and i get this. i reset my net left it off for about a hour and then turned my Xbox on after it was loaded up fully. I have my Xbox and router/modem port forwarded
for all blizzard games and down loaders. so everything i had on my end was working at its fullest.... so it had to be on your end. and seeing it has happened with others i know its not my end at all..... this needs fixed and accounts need reinstated. this
is like Xbox banning my voice chat when i don't even use in game voice other then with my brother/his kids... so it is party and only we can hear it and i already know none of them report anything i say because we all talk the same. would be like reporting
all of us at one time. but none of them get ban but my voice. all I'm saying is its wrongful and needs fixed. i don't want you to become Xbox level Blizzard has always been my gaming co of choice and hope it always will be.

Sorry to hear you've been having problems. Unfortunately no one here can help with in game issues. You'll need to contact the game developers for more assistance with your suspension. The best I can suggest is, if you have a good internet speed, try connecting
your console via ethernet cable if it is not already.

As for being suspended for communication you'll need to log in to this link http://enforcement.xbox.com/ and click the hammer icon to open a case review with the PET
