    My overwatch hard copy of the disc won’t download on my Xbox series x, I’ve went as far as bring the game back to the store and getting a new one and still doesn’t work! Help please!!!!

    Hi Kishin, I hope you're doing great despite the issue you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    If I may ask, what is the exact issue or error that you're getting whenever you're trying to download the game on your Xbox Series X? Are you getting an installation stopped error?

    I would also appreciate it if you can let me know other steps that you have already tried in that way we can check if we have missed anything.

    Sadly there’s no updates shown for the game. Plus I’m on console and I don’t see overwatch 1 in the game store. I guess I probably won’t be playing, hope this never happens again.

    Disconnect (IC-305) on game start / joining game in progress

    Resolved this by erasing/uninstalling Overwatch and re-downloading.
