overwatch suspension

i was recently suspended on overwatch and i dont know where to appeal my suspension i have tryed both blizzard and xbox support . blizzard told me to contact xbox support . xbox told me thay dont handle in game suspensions . i am at a lost can anyone help
me?

Suspended

If it's just a suspension from Overwatch, you would need to contact Blizzard. Microsoft does not handle game specific bans.

If it's a suspension from Live, you would need to go to
http://enforcement.xbox.com for information.

Ingame suspensions are not a MS thing.

The only one that can help you is Blizzard.

i guess no one really knows how the report system work on consoles i guess i will just get perma-banned one day without any quality check

 

Since MS does not handle game suspensions there isn't much that they can do. Although Blizzard is the creator of the game but they will not release the suspension. If you become suspended you should see a timer showing how long you will be suspended and
the only thing you can do is wait it out. There is no other option or answer to rectify the problem.

Things to avoid for future suspensions: don't leave in the middle of a game, other players can report you so try and be as respectful as possible and make sure that your internet has a good connection because the server does not know if you lost connection
or left. If you want to leave a match there should you give message saying that there is a chance that you can be suspended especially during a competitive match. If you can follow this advice you shouldn't have any problem in the future.

 

I dont know if you play overwatch but what your talking about is a lever penalty for that season you do not get a timer for account suspensions thay email you what you did wrong and for how long i never got such an email. I have never left mid-game nore
do i go in voice chat. This is an account ban that was put on by There in game report System. I never have or will do anything trolly in nature i play the game to the fullest. Funny thing was this was my second ban and it was just a long as my first ban almost
like its automated. I guess that gos to show that no one at microsoft knows how the report System works
