Overwatch Report issues and I'm on Avoid me due to it

I made a another account a couple seasons ago and I decided to play only one character to improve on it because I was a support main and I wasn't to good on mercy and now it's really an only mercy account which now it was a huge mistake. So it's been that
since season 4 when I played her the most and it was put on Avoid me season 5 when I decided to stop what people call "one tricking" and play all supports but when it came to it people saw my account and saw all my hours and forced me to play mercy and I didn't
want to because I thought it wasn't a good idea due to the map and what not and due to that the reports would accumulate and it led to it being on a "good player" account and now dropping to "Avoid me" account and I've been trying to get I think of for it
by playing cod and other games but in the enforcement side of xbox Microsoft it says I'm a good player but on my profile I'm on Avoid me, there are only 4 reports i deserve which are the ones the people are s ere screaming at and I did it back lol. Idk how
anyone can help me get this fixed someway because this is honestly such a toxic community for such a good game

Flawed Repuation System "avoid me"

My gamertag is , and my accounts reputation has fallen from good player to avoid me within only about a month unfairly. I haven't been playing Xbox for too long, I've had this account for less than a year and all I do is play overwatch. Many other
people in the overwatch community get put on avoid me due to our player base abusing the report system. This community knows to report people constantly for 'unsporting behaviour' or 'cheating' on multiple accounts so that people they dislike can't play the
game. I received 40 unsporting reports within two days and went from good player to avoid me in 24 hours. From then on I continued to be constantly reported once I managed to get off avoid me because people would see my 'needs work' rep and report for unsporting
or cheating so that I could be back on avoid me. This literally happens to so many people in the overwatch community unfairly it's getting ridiculous that I and many others are paying for a service we can't even use due to the "avoid me" matchmaking ban ://

Avoid Me Reputation Due To Report Abuse Via Overwatch.

Hello, my account has recently been put into the avoid me reputation due to the abuse of the report system by players on Overwatch. This means that I'm only able to find games after 10 minute plus queues.

Usually I would accept something like this, but I've done nothing wrong. Players don't like it when you play a character they dislike and report you for it, and due to playing characters I enjoy (and I'm good at) people instantly report me because they believe
I'm being toxic and throwing.

Is there any way to sort this out? and please don't say "Play some games and it'll sort itself out" because I can't find any matches due to the terrible queue times that come with the avoid me reputation.

It seems like a stupid idea that players can report me for no reason, and ruin my gaming experience.

Yep change your behaviour it's not rocket science

If you want to play the way you play why not join private parties that allow you to play the way you do

If you want to join matchmaking you do realize that you have to actually work with your team righr?

If not and you ignore them what did you expect?

You do realize those are legitimate reports right?

Teamwork and sportmanship is actually part of rep

The Avoid Me is given when people report you.

So people are reporting you.

Try to play and communicate in a style that doesn't make people want to do that and your reputation will return to normal after a bit of time.

The toxic overwatch community is aware of how this works so almost EVERY game you join, people report the good players in attempt to get this to happen to them. The system doesn't know how to catch false reports.

So best thing to do is make a new account, play with 5 friends and all 6 of you report every person on the enemy team every game. get the whole community banned

10+ year xbox live member and have never had rep problems until i started playing overwatch. The community is pure cancer and xbox live supports their behavior with false reports.

Bought a PS4 today and will be canceling my xbox live subscription due to the avoid me nonsense.
