    Hi,

    I chatted a long conversation with the support guys of the Microsoft store.

    Once my open beta finally worked. Because I had a legit Pre order of overwatch. I now after 6 hours haven't received the friend early access code in my mail. And because this early access is only today and tomorrow...time is ticking away. While the promise
    in the XBOX store was stated clearly that I would receive one in time. I payed extra money for this....

    Can someone please help me as soon as possible.

    Hey there MightyKaylah.

    Can you please clarify that you completed a purchase for Overwatch over on
    commerce.microsoft.com    ? If you purchased the game somewhere other than through the Xbox Store you would need to get in contact with that retailer.
