  1. Overwatch pre-order content issue?

Hello all, I imagine my issue is a pretty unique one so please bear with me as I try to explain...
I had plans of building a computer and I was going to have the people in IT help me build it. This was how I was going to do a majority of my gaming. It was taking longer than I anticipated, and in order to get the pre-order content for Overwatch (the
Noire skin), I pre-ordered it without really having a way to play it at the time. One of the IT people broke one of the parts on the computer and now they are refusing to finish building the comp for me. Seeing as how I had no way to play Overwatch, I went
ahead and bought it on the Xbox One.

However, the game had already been released by then so I was not able to pre-order it on Xbox One.

But when I went into the game on Xbox, I had the pre-order content anyway, so I figured it registered that I pre-ordered it through Blizzard since it was linked to my Battle.net account.

Since a recent update though, I no longer have access to that skin so I'm sure it was just an error that allowed me to have access to it originally. This is pretty disappointing because I am a completionist.

So really what I'm asking is- Is there a way for you guys to give me access to the pre-order content again since I technically bought Overwatch twice (pre-ordered it on PC and then bought it after release on Xbox). I will not be able to play it on PC and
because they've already released so much limited edition content that I've gotten on the Xbox version, I have no intention of ever actually playing it on PC.

The easy answer to this question is obviously "No" and I know I'm not entitled to this. On your end I'm sure all you see is that I bought this game after it came out. I have emailed you guys a screenshot of the purchase receipt when I pre-ordered the PC
    version. Hopefully this helps.

For what it's worth, I've been a long-time Xbox player (used several different accounts over the years) and I've spent a lot of money on Xbox content and hardware.

And I'm really just asking, begging for someone to empathize with me and help me out even though they don't have to. It would really mean a lot.

Since I am a completionist, the bug in the back of my brain that says I'm never going to have all the content they release is going to severely affect my enjoyment of the game as silly as this sounds.
Please let me know if there's anything you guys can do. And I would gladly provide any additional information that is needed.
    Thanks,
    Mark

    :)

  2. Overwatch: Origins Edition missing pre-order content

Promotion Details: Overwatch: Origins Edition Pre-Order Content

Date of Purchase: 10. May 2016

Promo Item(s): Overwatch: Origins Edition Pre-Order Content

I've preordered and payed the Overwatch Origins Edition via Xbox store.

Unfortunately i've not received any form of the pre-order content.

Not via Email, Not via Messanging System, not via activation.

After a dissatisfying contact with the xbox support via chat,

i was told to report it here to get the content i've already payed for.

pre-ordered overwatch some time ago, but now my pre-order bonus skin is missing

    Hey Nomri,

If you pre-ordered Overwatch, all of this content would be located in-game after linking your Battle.net and Xbox Live account together. For steps to do this, please check out Blizzard's Overwatch
    Pre-Order Goodies
post. We are unable to provide this content directly. If you run into further issues locating this content after linking your Xbox Live account and your Battle.net account, please reach out to Blizzard Support for further
    assistance.

    Thanks!

    Overwatch pre-order content issue?

    Hello there Mark,

I completely understand the predicament you're in, it would seriously bug me in this situation as well!

I hate to tell you this but Xbox wouldn't be able to provide you with that content as the game is developed and published by Blizzard Entertainment. I would advise you to get in contact with them and explain the exact same thing, hopefully with you pre-ordering
it on PC and then buying it on Xbox they will see you deserve the Pre-order content.

Apologies we can not do much more for you

I hope you do manage to get it!

  5. Yeah ha, I figured that would be the way to go about it but they said that this was not a Blizzard thing since they have no control over the Xbox service/content. They actually told me to reach out to Microsoft.

Oh well, I kinda expected these answers but I figured I'd try anyway. Thanks for taking the time to respond!

    Hey KrombopulosMark -

Unfortunately, pre-order codes are limited to those who pre-order Xbox One console games. I understand that you pre-ordered Overwatch on PC however as you purchased Overwatch on Xbox One after the release date, you are not eligible to receive pre-order in-game
    goodies.

Apologies for any inconveniences this may cause. If you have any further support questions, feel free to post a new thread detailing the issue so the community can best assist.

Thanks for understanding. Overwatch pre-order content issue? :)
