Overwatch Pre-Order Beta Download Issue

Hello,

I pre-ordered Overwatch through the Xbox Live Store and cannot download / pre-install the beta. The beta in the store displays as bundle only and the beta does not show up under my ready to install section of my games and apps. I received a message from
Xbox Live with an extra beta code for a friend and they were able to install the beta. Any assistance with this issue would greatly be appreciated. Thank you for your time.

As Hydro mentioned, the codes are sent in waves for eligible pre-order customers. If you pre-ordered Overwatch from the Xbox Store, the Overwatch Beta was unlocked in the Xbox Store before the beta began. If you have already pre-ordered, go ahead and search
for 'Overwatch Beta' through the Xbox Store to begin installing! For more information, please check out Blizzard's Overwatch Beta Blog Post.

 

I'm having the same problem, just got off the phone with Microsoft an they said there still readying the Early Access beta and to try again may 2nd hopefully it works

 

Soo, the beta starts in about 7 hours and i didn´t get anything, no friend key, no key for myself and i also cannot download the beta client.

Wtf is going on and why is there no communication about this from either Blizzard or Microsoft?

 

i pre ordered on the 27th and i have heard nothing from MS yet.

 

pre ordered on the 22 got friend code on friday can not download beta yet, says bundle with no way to download. Guess I should have used the friend code myself.

 

Also pre ordered on the 27th and haven't received any notification or codes of any kind.

 

It just let me install it try now

 

I did a hard reset then checked again and it allowed me to download. Took about 4 hard resets though but at the moment its downloading

Its 8.74 gigs

So Xbox bing Overwatch beta

If its greyed out then hard reset and repeat till you get it. Good luck peeps hope to see you on there.

 

The beta will be available on may 3rd, for some people the beta wont be shown in downloads until it is officially released. No worries

 

May 2nd. depending on where you live. I live in NY I assume at 7pm. it will work cause as of right now it says won't start yet..

 

Thank you to those who responded. SuperDankFrankk was correct and I was able to install the Overwatch Pre-Order Beta just now (May 2nd). The "Bundle Only" in the Store for the Overwatch Beta was changed for me today to "Preorder (free)", and I was able
to download. For anyone still having issues, I would check the Store to see if your option has changed.
