    In the game overwatch i bought 100 loot boxes and they did not come through. it has been 5 days now and i would like the lootboxes put into my account please

    Ok, after AGG xGREYx HG's post I done a little investigating myself. I went to the store to try and buy an ESO Crown Pack, which I have purchased many times over. Guess what? Same problem! It says it is already owned. Microsoft please get this issue fixed
    ASAP!

    I'm having the same issue with Rocket League Crate Keys. Because I've already bought them, it reflects that I "own" it rather than giving me the opportunity to buy more. I wonder if this is an issue across all games that have packs that you can buy multiple
