overwatch legendary edition skin issues

i purchased overwatch legendary edition through the xbox live store

i have not recieved any of the promised skins

I didn't recieve my pre order overwatch origin edition Widowmaker Noire Skin

I bought Overwatch Origins Edition digital code and I have all the origin skin but not the Widowmaker Noire skin that came with pre order. Today I talk with a xbox support about this issue and state that I did purchase on my account.

 

Zero Skins/Heads and Legendary Hunter Class mod.

Does anyone have Zero skins including the special edition one from pre ordering, I'm also looking for the special edition head.In addition to the skins and the head I'm also looking a legendary hunter class mod, Verminous is a pain to spawn.I have a lot
of legendary weapons and stuff if anyone wants something duplicated. Please someone get back to me ASAP

I'm sorry to hear that you haven't received the skins that come with the legendary edition of Overwatch. While Microsoft does not have any input with in-games items or skins being applied to your in-game account I'd be happy to help you figure out how you
might need to access them.

The description from the store does not specify which skins you are to receive. Skins in Overwatch aren't something that installs to your Xbox's hard drive rather they are unlocked in game so the Overwatch servers may just not be recognizing your entitlement
to those skins. To troubleshoot that I recommend to perform a complete
power cycle to your Xbox. Hold down the power button on the Xbox console until it turns off and unplug the power cord for a few minutes.
