Overwatch: Items now locked Unusable That shouldn't be

I am having a problem with items being locked (Overwatch)... on my Xbox One S... I had purchased the pre-order and yet now widowmakers Noire Skin is now locked, also i had some of the summer games items (skins: Widowmaker & Tracer) and theses are now
locked as well. the game is updated to date v1.3.0.3.31553.... so i am at a lose why these items became locked.... I contacted blizzard and with their response, they said to contact Microsoft to find my missing items, which has me some what at a lose again,
i mean who runs has access and can add and take or alter the servers content, Microsoft or blizzard? i had access to these items at one point but even an item in which i paid for (widowmakers Noire Skin), in regard to ordering the pre-order is
now locked.... along with the Summer games skins i obtained through leveling Lootboxes and just so i don't get the same response like i did from Blizzard lol i only have one Xbox account... and yes everything is up to date in regard to the game and my Xbox
console....This is really messed up and i hope someone can resolve this... Thanks

Problem with: The Only Cure

Also if you have any other quest requiring any of the items as part of the quest (I think the Deathbell and maybe the Vampire Dust can be linked to other quests) try and finish those quests. I have found that sometimes having multiple quests that need the
same items causes the items to be unusable with quests taken on later that require the same item.

 

Xbox Accounts Banned that shouldn't be

Hello Microsoft enforcement, I'm posting on these forums because this is all that I know left to do since my beloved account and my girlfriends account were banned forever. I've been a loyal customer to Xbox since the first xbox has ever came out and have
never had any problems with xbox and have never had to call her research on their word, just a normal consumer playing and enjoying the system. I've paid thousands of dollars throughout my time with Xbox and every penny was spent well because I enjoy xbox,
it is my all time great hobby. Now to get to the other point on why I'm here. My main account and my girlfriends account were banned for a reason that doesn't correlate to us. My brothers Xbox account "Bakin" was permanently banned for solicting in November.
He then went to college and left his xbox due to the fact that he got banned. He gave it to me and I downloaded my account "Just" and my girlfriends account "Gramma". We played for months with no problems, just watching Netflix and playing Halo like we always
do. Then, out of no where as we were watching Netlfix, both of our accounts were permently banned for soliciting as well. I believe and know the reason behind this. It may be because we have the same IP address as my brother did, so the Enforcement team banned
our accounts in addition to his, I'm not sure. We love xbox and know the code of conduct like the back of our hand and would never break these rules. We want to stay with xbox but we need our accounts back that we dearly love and enjoy that we have spent
countless time, money and memories on. In addition to that, we don't want any problems and I don't want to come off rude but we need our hobby back Microsoft Enforcement. We have't done anything wrong to deserve the Ban Hammer. We got banned for Soliciting
when we weren't. My girlfriend doesn't even use her account or even know how to send messages to people and she got banned for soliciting. The console is't banned, I use it everyday, of course not on my beloved main account, just a random silver account to
watch Netflix. We're victims of the circumstance and paid a lot of money for the things on our accounts and are banned and shouldn't. We've already conducted Case Reviews and in the reviews they stated that our accounts were guilty and gave no evidence or
reason on why, just banned us. They were extremely vague and did not show any concern or care at all. Furthermore, them not having a contact number or email and only way to be "Contacted" is through Case Reviews is awful and can't help anyone because there
is no conversation. The customer has no say and cannot explain anything person to a person. On top of that, they only give 500 characters for the customer to get on their knees and plead on why the violation occurred, that is if one even occured and we can't
even reply. This will rid away all gamers and familys. There has to be someone to reach out and let Microsoft know that this ET ( Enforcement Team ) is ruining Xbox and ruining it fast. Taking money from thousands of people who can't afford this happening
to them, including me and for me to have it all taken away for something that I haven't even done and can't even get an explanation is heart breaking. I was excited to buy the new games coming up this year in 2017 and can't even enjoy them. Something needs
to change, I've researched and thousands of people are getting Terminated ( Banned ) for things that shouldn't even be put into consideration. Xbox 360 was perfect, now with Xbox One, gamers are afraid to be their selves with the intent that they might get
banned. People can be banned for 2 weeks/forever just by another party getting all of their friends to report. Ultimately, this system is broken and needs work and they need to unbanned the people who truly haven't done anything or deserve it. It should be
all about the customers but with the ET there is no customer service. They just take and leave good paying customers in the dirt and that is wrong Xbox. My account and my girlfriends account don't deserve to be banned. I just wanna be a happy gamer again.
The Xbox community needs justice.

Ok, so i re-installled the game and it fixed the pre-order widowmaker skin, but the 2 skins Summer Games I had are still locked 8(

 

this sucks... 2 Summer Games Skins i had (Widowmaker & Tracer) are still locked 8( hopefully i can get those summer game ones resolved somehow, kinda sucks after all the work put in to get those and now they aren't even available to even get again 8(
