    Overwatch isn't working


    I just bought Overwatch for my Xbox One and when I insert it, nothing happens. Nothing shows up. So I looked around and found a code and entered it from the website Xbox support lead me to. After that there is still nothing. It says I have to buy it again.
    Please help!

    Hello, microsoft and people in the internet, my XboX One isn't working very well. I've downloaded Overwatch (which I had in my last xbox, so I already had data saved in account), and the CD isn't reading. I've already tryied to clean it and all of the support
    steps. So I hope you can help me. Thanks.

    Can't retrieve overwatch

    Hmm... how about hard drive storage space? Do you have enough left on your Xbox One? Perhaps the game isn't automatically installing because of that? Overwatch requires 10GB + patches.

    Have you also tried restarting your Xbox, too? It's always something to try if you notice weird behavior and things not working correctly in the system.

    As a last resort, I'd give 1-800-4MY-XBOX a call and see if they can straighten out getting Overwatch downloaded to your console.

    Hey, Prime Iron! Overwatch isn't in Beta on the Xbox yet, and it only was on the PC. Any issues with in-game items in the Beta of the game will need to be directed to

    Hi. Please press and hold the power button on your console for 10 seconds to do a hard reset. Turn the console on and try again.

    If that didn't work please navigate to the game under my games and apps and press the menu button and scroll down to saved data and select to delete all locally saved data. Your saved data will sync from the cloud once you open the game again
