Overwatch Halloween Loot Boxes

Once the Halloween event for Overwatch came out i bought 11 loot boxes thinking they were for the event and not the normal boxes. Only after i saw the the halloween boxes were not available for purchase yet. I meant to buy the event boxes instead.

Overwatch Halloween Loot Boxes

I purchased several Halloween Loot Boxes yesterday, when I tried to purchase additional boxes today I am unable, the "BUY" box is ghosted. Anyone else having this problem?

 

No Halloween Loot Boxes

I just purchased two 2 packs of Halloween loot boxes for Overwatch and got nothing. I purchased them directly from the games menu and nothing showed. I tried restarting both the game, and system and still nothing. I just redeemed my 5 free regular loot
boxes from Twitch Prime and those showed up and unlocked perfectly. I can't even get the 4 Halloween ones I just bought with money to even show. Please either give me the loot boxes I paid for or give me the credit back in my Microsoft account.

Topic Problem with purchase

Xbox store for 2 hours and was told it is a Blizzard issue.

However Blizzard clearly state that for all console issues contact xbox.

Fix it or give my money back!
