    Uh oh... that shouldn't have happened.

    This is my first post, almost 12 hours ago.. regarding keys which are already 24-72 hours late.

    Half of the early access has passed and I still have not been able to play with my friend.

    I have talked to blizzard, to XBL support around 7 times of which I was promised a solution (a key) within 2-3 hours... the last time I got this promise is now 5 hours ago.

    Seriously, fix this. WE ARE PAYING CUSTOMERS

    I pre ordered overwatch and I have gotten the beta key that is for one friend but still haven't gotten one for my account yet. This is the reference code the support guy told me to type 1337530219 Thanks in advance

    If you purchased the game from an alternate retailer you would need to get in contact with them for the provided keys. If you purchased from the Xbox Store please be sure to verify you're posting from the same account that made the purchase.

    Let us know what's up either way Overwatch friend code - This is completely unacceptable and I demand my key ASAP :)

    No OverWatch beta codes

    Overwatch does NOT come with 2 codes unless you buy from a retailer. I'm in the early access. If you purchased on or before the 29th your account is flagged for the download. See the link I posted with info on the beta. You only get 1 key which is your
    friend key from Xbox IF you purchased on your console or online from Xbox. If you bought it from a retailer check with them for where your codes are.

    Q. How do I get early access to the Open Beta if I previously preordered or pre-purchased at a participating retail store, but didn't get an early access key?

    A. If you previously pre-purchased or preordered Overwatch at a participating retailer, contact your store to find out how to receive your early access keys.

    Q. How will I receive my early access keys if I pre-purchased from the PlayStation or Xbox Store?

    A. If you digitally pre-purchased Overwatch from the PlayStation Store or the Xbox Store, your PSN or XBL account will be automatically flagged for early access. Your friend's early access key will be distributed to you on or before May 2.

    Hi TheWildKnight!

    To receive your beta key would have needed to pre-order on or before April 29th. The friend keys as of yesterday were still going out in waves, so check your Xbox messages for the code if you still haven't received, and you did preorder before the 29th.
